That’s how the self-described intuitive spirit medium says she helps people connect with deceased loved ones.
“I can see and hear on a different frequency,” she said, “thus becoming the person in the middle of both worlds – here and the after life.”
Lanno will present “Messages from the Other Side” on Saturday, at 7 p.m. at the Winifred Arms Studio Theater at CityStage in Springfield.
She offers to help people connect with their deceased loved ones – including their pets – and she gets validations and receives messages from them.
The presentation will include a segment with random audience members asking questions of her. Lanno promises not to reveal anything so personal “you can’t say it in a group setting,” she said.
Lanno said people have told her they leave her presentations with a sense of comfort, even if they did not have a reading but heard the messages others received. “Most people feel good, even if they cry. They are happy tears because they can connect again” with loved ones, she said.
Her presentations are “done as a source of comfort,” she said, describing what she is able to do as a “gift” she has been given.
