Justin Bieber tour stopping at XL Center in Hartford

Justin Bieber’s "Believe" Tour will make a stop at the XL Center in Hartford on July 18, marking the second time the pop star has played the venue. He kicked off his 2010 tour in Hartford.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com and at all Ticketmaster locations. Ticket prices for the show are $95, $79.50, $59.50, $45.

Tickets for previous Bieber shows have sold out in a matter of minutes at other venues throughout North America.
