Tickets are on sale for several tours this week.
Alicia Keys will kick off her “Set the World On Fire” tour at the MGM Grand Theater at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods on April 6. Tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 18 at 10 a.m. through all Ticketmaster outlets and locations including ticketmaster.com and by phone at (800) 745-3000. Ticket prices range from $150 to $95.
Muse will play Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. on April 13 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $65 and $45 and go on sale Friday through Ticketmaster.
Leonard Cohen will perform at the Toyota Presents the Oakdale Theater in Wallingford, Conn., on April 2. Tickets will go on sale though livenation.com on Friday at 10 a.m. Tickets are priced from a high of $258.50 down to $49.50.
Bob Seger has announced his “Rock N’ Roll Never Forgets Tour” with the Silver Bullet Band, outlining 11 stops across the Midwest and Canada. The band’s website (bobseger.com) suggests more dates will be announced soon.
Likewise, Crosby, Stills, and Nash have put together a spring tour that stays in the south before heading over to Europe through July 5. More summer U.S dates are expected to be announced soon.
Comedian Steven Wright will perform at the Fox Theater at Foxwoods on April 20. Tickets are priced between $55 and $35 and go on sale Friday, Jan, 18 at 10 a.m. through foxwoods.com and by calling the box office at (866) 646-0609.
Kid Rock spin-off Uncle Kracker performs at Mohegan Sun’s Wolf Den on Feb. 15 at 8 p.m. Wolf Den shows are free and limited seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Mary Chapin Carpenter and Shawn Colvin join forces for an acoustic performance at the Calvin Theater on May. 10. Tickets for the show are available through the Northampton Box Office at (413) 586-8686 and online at iheg.com. Tickets are priced at $48.50 and $38.50.
Texas troubadour Alejandro Escovedo offers an acoustic show billed as “Alejandro Escovedo and the Sensitive Boys” at the Iron Horse Music Hall on April 9. Tickets are $22.50 in advance and available through the Northampton Box Office.
Jackson Browne will headline Tanglewood on July 4 with support from Sara Watkins. Tickets will go on sale Sunday, Jan. 27 through tanglewood.org or by calling (888) 266-1200. Tickets are priced between $79.50 and $23.50.
Esperanza Spalding will also be in the Berkshires this summer, playing Tanglewood’s Ozawa Hall on Aug. 4. Tickets, priced from $20 to $99, are also on sale beginning Jan. 27 through tanglewood.org.
