Fun happenings at the Mullins Center...here are 5 Great ones.

The Mullins Center, located on the campus of the University of Massachusetts Amherst is celebrating its 20th anniversary this winter and has a full roster of fun for you and yours. Here are 5 Great events coming up:

1. Post-game skate after UMass Hockey vs BU – February 1 at 9:30pm. As part of the Mullins Center 20th Anniversary Celebration, attendees of the game can participate in a post-game skate on the Minutemen’s ice (you must show proof of purchase of game ticket). Skates can be provided, but please bring your own, if possible. You can meet and greet players and coaches, win prizes and more. You need to pre-register by emailing nathanael@admin.umass.edu and confirming the date (February 1), how many people will be joining you, and providing your name, phone and email address.

2. Post-game shoot around after UMass Men's Basketball vs. Saint Josephs – February 9 at 4:30pm. Immediately following the basketball game, attendees can take part in this event by showing proof of purchase of game ticket, as part of the Mullins Center 20th Anniversary Celebration. Shoot hoops on the legendary Umass basketball court, meet and greet players and coaches, win prizes and enjoy this fun event. You need to pre-register by emailing nathanael@admin.umass.edu and confirming the date (February 9), how many people will be joining you, and providing your name, phone and email address.

3. Tiesto – February 21 at 8pm. Tiesto’s “Club Life College Invasion Tour,” the largest dance music tour to ever hit the American college market, comes to the Mullins Center on February 21. The show was originally scheduled for October, but was postponed. Tickets originally purchased for the October 6 show will be honored at the February 21 show and do not require any additional action. Tickets are $50 (GA Floor), $27 (GA Bowl).

4. Celtic Woman – March 3 at 5pm. This popular group brings its 2013 North American Tour to the Mullins Center with a night of traditional Irish tunes, great pop numbers and inspirational songs including favorites such as “Your Raise Me Up,” “Orinoco Flow” and more. Tickets are $41, $61 and $101.

5. Blue Man Group – March 13 at 7:30pm. The acclaimed Blue Man Group is solid entertainment that transcends any categorization with its multi-media show. Sit back and let the three charismatic performers provide you with an evening that’s fun and visually stunning. Tickets are $69, $59, $49 and $39.
