Proceeds from the event benefit the continuing educational and preservation activities of the Mark Twain House & Museum.
Tickets range from $25 to $75 with a special VIP ticket for $250, which includes a reception with King and an autographed book.
Tickets are open for purchase by members of the museum today and to the general public on Thursday.
