WMAS DJ Robyn Lee will co-host the evening of music at Bay Path College.
Fans of local music can enjoy a night of entertainment, co-hosted by WMAS personality Robyn Lee and the Bay Path College's International Development Club, while supporting an internationally-significant cause.
Springfield's own Blueprints of the Heart will play a show in support of the IDC's mission to help the children at the Sajuka School in Barra, The Gambia, Africa. All proceeds from ticket sales, raffles, food and African crafts will go to this mission. The April 14 show at Bay Path College is slated to begin at 8 p.m. Admission is $2 for students and $5 for general public.
"I am so thrilled to be a part of such a vital and worthy cause," Lee said. "Not only are you supporting an important mission, but you are able to come and enjoy one of the region's most celebrated and talented musical acts."
Lee's work in the Western Mass. music scene also includes her work with the rapidly-expanding The Collective Music Group.
