Six contestants remain the popular TV competition.
Comic Andy Dick lost his chance to win the tacky mirrorball trophy on season 16 of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars."
In an emotional farewell, Dick, who has struggled with addiction in recent years, held back tears while others wept. He acknowledged the fan support that kept him on the show for seven weeks, despite continuous low scores from judges.
Dick called his "DWTS" experience "the best thing."
Dick joins boxer Victor Ortiz, who was dropped from the competition last week. D.L. Hughley was cut on week 5. His departure followed the elimination the previous week of Lisa Vanderpump of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Wynonna Judd was eliminated on week 3. Olympic skater Dorothy Hamill dropped out of "DWTS" on March 26, citing health concerns.
The six remaining "DWTS" contestants are: Olympic gymnast Alexandra Raisman, country singer Kellie Pickler, Disney Channel actress Zendaya; "The Bachelor's: Sean Lowe; "General Hospital" actor Ingo Rademacher; and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones.
