Disney Channel starlet Zendaya remains the clear front-runner on
season 16 of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars."

At the start of the season, Zendaya received the highest score from judges on week 1: a 24 out of a possible 30 for a contemporary routine she danced with professional partner Val Chmerkovskiy.

On Monday night, Zendaya and Chmerkovskiy earned a perfect 30 from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli for a fast, slick and fun salsa. It received the first perfect score of the season.

Earlier in the night, the duo received a 28 for a foxtrot. The two dances gave them a combined score of 58 – the best of the night.

The lowest combined score of the night, a 42 out of 60, was handed to "Bachelor" star Sean Lowe.

The most memorable moment of the night occurred after a dance.

Lead judge Goodman colorfully clashed with Tonioli and Inaba over a paso doble performed by country singer Kellie Pickler and partner Derek Hough. Goodman found the routing seriously flawed and gave it a seven, while Inaba and Tonioli each awarded the dance a 10.

A combination of judges scores and viewer votes will determine who will be sent packing on Tuesday night.

Last week, comic Andy Dick was eliminated from the competition. He joined boxer Victor Ortiz, who was dropped from the competition on week 6. D.L. Hughley was eliminated on week 5. His departure followed the dismissal the prior week of Lisa Vanderpump of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Wynonna Judd was cut on week 3. Olympic skater Dorothy Hamill dropped out of "DWTS" on March 26, citing health concerns.

The six remaining "DWTS" contestants are: Zendaya, Lowe, Pickler, Olympic gymnast Alexandra Raisman, "General Hospital" actor Ingo Rademacher, and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones.
