Wade Robson is asking a probate court to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the late singer's estate.
Wade Robson, who was called as a defense witness at Michael Jackson's 2005 trial where the singer was accused of molesting a 13-year-old boy, now says he was sexually abused by the King of Pop.
Speaking on NBC's Today show, Robson said Jackson sexually abused him from ages 7 to 14.
Robson is asking a probate court to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the late singer's estate, now that the deadline has passed for creditors to file such claims.
