Viewers should expect this coming episode, titled "The Better Half," to focus on getting us all back on some sort of track.

After a very weird, but largely successful episode of Mad Men last week, viewers should expect this coming episode, titled "The Better Half," to focus on getting us all back on some sort of track leading into the end of the season. Check out the preview clip below, and see what I've picked out afterwards.

Pete (Vincent Kartheiser) stands out the most to me in this preview. The clip opens with a shot of him looking concerned about some matter, and then later in the clip he is asking Joan (Christina Hendricks) if he could walk her out of the office. I'm not sure he's making a move on her, and the last time Pete was nice to Joan it was followed by the terrible request he made of her last season, so I'm keeping an eye on this arc next week to see what goes down.

Beyond that, this preview clip is almost impossible to comprehend. Peggy (Elisabeth Moss) appears to receive some bad news, and then we see her having a conversation with Don (Jon Hamm) and Ted (Kevin Rahm), presumably about something creative. We also see Megan (Jessica Paré), who could be having a hard time on set. The clip ends with a shot of Don in his car, by a gas station, with no indication of why he might be there, or who or what he sees.

That's all I've got for you with this unfortunately frustrating preview clip of Sunday's Mad Men. Check back here on Sunday to see what these mysterious scenes turn into in the full episode. Thanks for reading!
