Upcoming concert news: Daughtry, Kenny Chesney, and more

Ticktes are on sale this week for several top shows and tours.

Fleetwood Mac comes to the Mohegan Sun Arena on April 20. Tickets for the concert go on sale Monday at 10 a.m. through all Ticketmaster outlets and locations including ticketmaster.com and by phone at (800) 745-3000. Tickets are priced from $155 to $125.

Daughtry and 3 Doors Down have announced plans to continue their joint co-headliner tour into 2013. Their Mohegan Sun show is set for February 17 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 and go on sale on December 21 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

Kenny Chesney returns to Mohegan Sun Arena with special guests Eli Young Band and Kacey Musgraves as a part of Chesney's recently announced ‘No Shoes Nation' U.S. tour. Two shows are set to take place on March 22 and 23. Tickets are $125 and $95 and go on sale Friday through Ticketmaster.

Local musicians will gather at the Iron Horse on Jan. 17 for “Reconstruction of Fables: A Tribute to R.E.M.” Renowned performers such as Mark Mulcahy, The Lonesome Brothers, and Winterpills have all signed on for the show. Tickets are $10 in advance and available through the Northampton Box Office at (413) 586-8686.

Other new shows at the Iron Horse include The Grateful Dread (performing Dead songs reggae style) on Jan. 18, The Residents (Feb. 8), and two shows (7 p.m. and 10 p.m.) from the Ryan Montbleau Band on Feb. 14.

Comedian Eddie Izzard comes to the MGM Grand Theater at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods on Feb. 15 for a 9 p.m. performance. Tickets are on sale beginning Friday through foxwoods.com and by calling the box office at (866) 646-0609. Tickets are priced between $45 and $65.

Asleep at the Wheel performs at the Infinity Hall in Norfolk, Conn., on May 16. Tickets for the event go on sale Thursday through infinityhall.com.

Phish front man Trey Anastasio will tour with the Trey Anastasio Band in 2013. The only New England date currently booked on the tour is a Jan. 20 stop at the State Theater in Portland, ME. Tickets for the show go on sale through all Ticketmaster outlets and locations beginning Friday at 10 a.m.

Mieka Pauley performs at the Black Moon Music Hall in Belchertown on Friday. Tickets are $10 at the door. Erin Greene opens and the music begins at 8 p.m.
