Several entertainment outlets reported that Michael Jackson's daughter attempted suicide early Wednesday morning.
Paris Jackson Paris Jackson, Michael Jackson’s 15-year-old daughter, was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital early Wednesday morning following an apparent suicide attempt, according to various media reports.
People reported that Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics responded to a 911 call “regarding a possible overdose” at 1:27 a.m. today.
According to TMZ celebrity news website, there were also “multiple cuts” on one of Jackson’s wrists. TMZ cited a source close to the teen as saying the late pop superstar's daughter had attempted suicide in the past, but “this was far more serious” than her previous attempt.
Early Wednesday morning, Jackson tweeted a line from The Beatles' classic song, "Yesterday." – "Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away now it looks as though they're here to stay."
An hour earlier she had tweeted, "i wonder why tears are salty ?"
Recently Jackson had been spending time with her mother, Debbie Rowe.
Rowe confirmed the incident with Entertainment Tonight, adding that her daughter has had “a lot going on."
